| BACKGROUND |
| I relocated to Boise in 1992 from Southern California, anxious to take advantage of the many benefits of living and growing in the Treasure Valley. Shortly after obtaining a B.A. in Communications from the University of Southern California in 1990, my professional goal was to develop and maintain great relationships knowing that success in business would follow and felt that Boise was the perfect place to grow a successful business in real estate. Prior to getting into full time real estate sales, I spent 12 years of work in the title and escrow business, as a mortgage broker, as a property investor and property management company owner. Having a licensed appraiser as a spouse has also lended to my vast understanding of real estate and the local marketplace from mutiple perspectives. I am anxious to offer my expertise and knowledge to Buyers and Sellers alike. |
